. Just a few of the awards given out at this year's AGM (see the AGM REPORTS section for full details). Congratualtions and well done to all the winners.     Our Group President, Dave Reed celebrated 30 years of service to Scouting recently. Dave was presented with his award at our Christmas Fayre by District Commissioner Phill Richardson  On May 12th at West Wirral District AGM - two of our Young Leaders received awards Dan Youds - Explorer of the Year Olly Courtney - Young Leader of the Year Many congratulations to both - we are very proud to have you as part of our team Sue Flush - Group Scout Leader    Both cub packs took part in the gala on Sunday afternoon and came an impressive first and second overall - congratulations!
Our Celebration of Success was another Success this year! Everyone had a lovely time, we presented 25 awards! Well Done to each and every one of you, we would love to be able to present awards to everyone but that just isn't possible! We would like to thank everyone who attended including our special guest Brian Tucker (Ex Thurstaston Scouter) current District Commissioner for West Wirral! And his two Deputy's! Thanks to everyone who donated cakes for us and a special mention to those of you who have volunteered to be parent reps for the Scout Group! We wouldn't be able to run without them, vacancies still available for parent reps, speak to Sue Flush directly or via your Section Leader!
 Well done to Fletcher Cubs 3rd place in the skills competition only one point split 1st / 2nd and 3rd amazing !
 Well done to Reed Pack who came 2nd today at the Cub Skills Competition - fantastic and well done only one point between 1st / 2nd and 3rd - so close !
